At Stone & Moss, we work hard to get your barefoot shoes to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information you need about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States (Standard Shipping): 5-10 business days
United States (Express Shipping): 2-5 business days
International Shipping: 10-25 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and order weight. We may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold, as displayed on our website.
International Orders
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Stone & Moss has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@stoneandmossus.com.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. If you refuse delivery of a package, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@stoneandmossus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
