been trail running in barefoot shoes for 3 years and these are genuinely the best pair i've tried. the zero drop feels totally natural after the first week and my ankles are noticeably stronger. did an 8 mile trail last weekend and my form was way better than usual — you just can't heel strike in these, your body won't let you. exactly what barefoot is supposed to do.

crossfit coach recommended i switch to barefoot for olympic lifts and i finally did it with these. the wide toe box is a game changer for squats — my toes actually spread and my balance on heavy cleans improved immediately. i also use them for box jumps and rope climbs and they grip really well. my knees stopped hurting after 2 weeks. wish i switched sooner honestly.

took these on a 12 mile hike in the cascades and my feet felt incredible. i've hiked in traditional boots my whole life and always had black toenails on the descents — not once with these. the ground feel is insane, you can actually feel every rock and root which sounds bad but it makes you so much more aware and stable. 4 stars only because the transition took about 3 weeks, go slow if you're new to barefoot.

i'm a yoga teacher and i wear these walking between classes all day. the flexibility of the sole is the closest thing to barefoot without actually being barefoot — my feet can move completely naturally. after 2 months my arches are stronger and i have way less tension in my calves at the end of the day. i also wear them on the mat sometimes for flow sessions and they're perfect for that too.
